Made a Social Media Site, What next?

Hello Friends,
I started a social media site which is similar to Instagram but also if you can call it a dating site. But how can i tell people to register on my site? I mainly need female users. And my site is only for desktop and laptops. So in this situation i have few question to you.

1. How to drive users on it?
2. Do i need to create Apps for the site?

Please tell me how can i get lots of users on my site?

Don't want to bash thread but why start with it if you don't know how to reach your target audience?
So much effort in making the site and then have no one using it.

TBH your best bet now is to hire a SEO expert look around the forums someone who get lift your site off from 0 users to more users.
No one is looking for social media where their friends or no other girls/users are on.
