I made a bad mistake i can't find a solution.I used a gmail account for a part of my business which i registered when i was in a business meeting in south america .I bought a domain name,server ,licenses etc for a big project .Later i come back to europe and the project got finished by the programers.I checked everything i saw that the IP of my server got blacklisted on one of the services.So i called my serverprovider and asked for a new IP.IP got changed and i needed now to change IP of my domain.So i tried to login to my email account and it happened.Gmail asked me to verify my location i normaly used.So i typed the place where i created the gmail account.It got denied.After that i tried really every possibility and nothing helped.I can't get into my gmail account even i know the logins and everything.I had no SMS or alternativ email added.So i tried contacting gmail support
an found out there is only a forum .I posted my issue and hoped to get a solution soon.However after 10 days still nothing.So i called US headquaters where you can only get a real person if you wanna do adwords and who can't help you too.After that i looked for a near location of google office where i drove 200km to speak to these fuckers who told me they are not google directly but just a company who represents google and that they can't help me and that they dont have any phonenumber or email that they could give me.
So i tried many other thinks and am stucked.I got a gmail account which owner i am.I got the working login details but i can't verify the location since it seems to be a mistake in google and nobody can help me.They even doesnt care if you are loosing money.
But when asking for a signed letter that i was there and that they couldn't help me they denied it instantly telling they have no authority to provide me such a letter.These fuckers new exectly why they dont provide these kind of letters cause they broke their own TOS and i can't fix it.
Am really tired about it and am mad ass hell.
Fuck i will never ever use gmail again.
Best part was the director telling me what kind of support did i expect for a service which is completly free
