Long story short I paid $230 in two separate payments through PayPal for some services. The services were not delivered and instead of refunding the cash I was told they would invest it into a new venture and "PROMISED" I would have my $230 plus more within a week. It has now bee over a month and excuse after excuse is been made as to why I do not have the money yet. Everything is documented in emails and chat logs which I can provide to PP and he clearly states that he has not delivered. My question is the PP account does not match his email accounts and name but as mentioned above it is all documented in emails, will this be a problem getting my money back? I have already filed a dispute and escalated it for both transactions saying that the service was not delivered. What are my chances in getting the money back?
