The key for this method is to have targeted visitors. So SEO is most effective but hardest way to get visitors.
I don't believe chatroom method cause they are THE people who STILL chat in this century :)
SEO forums can be a good start and also manual commenting to SEO blogs.
Ok another method is commenting popular SEO videos on Youtube. This works: (Hey there is a great site YOURSITE.comTRY it)

I don't know Adwords is allowing SEO type sites but if it does Adwords coupons would be great FREE advertisement opportunity. 7search is a good & cheap CPC ad supplier.

These are my ideas. But I'm sure about to get most revenue we need targeted visitors.
 
I tried this with blogger which was a bad idea..I'll have to dust off one of my parked domains and bang this out.something else you can do is hire affiliates and give them a commission for each sale.let them get traffic for you..you will triple your earnings.

Is there any way to get free virtual credit card witch you can use for ebay,paypal etc.? Because my credit card does not support internet shops.
 
Its a good method, but i think you must try fiverr gigs first. You need to know that these services will work. No reason to make $500/day and then receive complaints.

He contacted with few members via PM , and if im right than someone reported him or some shit like that, what is super stupid...
