Made $30 on two articles today

Two of my potential recruits would prefer to use the articles that I send them, as a basis for articles they will send me (as opposed to a straight re-write). Is there anything wrong with this ?

I'm not understanding your question mate..do you mean is it better to send your writers the originals as opposed to letting them choose the articles?

Lol, sorry for the confusion.

Say if I gave two of my potential recruits an article on eminem. They both said that they would use my provided eminem article, as the basis for their re-writes, but most of the info in their re-write would come from their own sources.
That to me, doesn't sound like a re-write, but it doesn't sound bad either. Can you see anything wrong with thhat ?

(p.s., they're willing to accept $1 per article)

Oh ok, Im tracking with you. Yes, if they want to add their own original content to the rewirites that's fine as long as 1) It's still well written and 2) They leave in any technical terms or statistics if an article is a computer review for example. If they take out the technical verbage in order to make it easier to pass Copyscape then it's not a good thing.
Another example would be say a review of a new car. If the original lists all the cars specs you would want the writer to leave all those specs in during the rewrite. If not it will make the review sound too broad in scope.

But yea, that's actually a good sign if the writers are willing to do their own original writing as a opposed to purely rewriting. I know that I personally find it easier to use an original when rewriting something myself as a "foundation" for rewriting. I can write faster this way as opposed to taking an original sentence by sentence and reworking them. If you have rewriters that feel the same way then it's definitely a good thing.

Hope this helped

Another good place to check for duplicate content is articl*echecker.com , remove the *.

I always use it with no problems. It's great. :)

Thanks for the heads up Black. Will give this one a shot as well.

Hi redtide,
thank you for your reply in advance. How important is the keyword density in the article for AC ?

Hi Christ21,

It's very important for getting the highest upfront payment offers possible. Again, AC makes their money based upon how likely your articles are to being found in the search engines. If you aren't using keywords AC knows that you won't get any natural traffic from Google etc and will give you much lower upfront offers.

Using keywords correctly can make the difference between getting $2 vs. getting $4 or more for the same article.

When I check for originality with dupefreePRO, how many words should I set it to? Will the default of 4 words be okay?

Yea i just run it at the default of 4 mate

One last question, I know I have broken your head with questions but you're like the AC king so it's always good to look for reliable answers from you..

If I choose the display only and performance payments, do the articles have to still be unique? or can I use PLR articles and earn money by driving traffic to them? If I can use PLR, should I choose that I have already published them or not? (since I haven't published them by other people have)... Thanks a lot for your patience.

No problem Postergal, always glad to help.

Yes, the articles will still have to be unique, so if you're using PLR articles they still need to be rewritten before submitting. Even when submitting for display only they are run through AC's review software so if a PLR isn't rewritten it will show up on many other sites and be rejected. Let me clarify this though, I tested this about six months ago and found this to be the case. I haven't tested it recently, so it's up to you if you want to throw up 1 PLR as a test and see what happens. Knowing the way AC is, I would be surprised if it would now work though.

Let me know how it goes

Hi redtide,

I'm sorry friend but I see so many questions are coming from everywhere. Why don't we buy Red's ultimate AC guide, are we just lazy or out of money?? I'm sure, you can cover book's cost within one day.

See guys, 95% of the questions are already well answered in his book in ORGANIZED WAY! Anyone with me??

Its time to discuss our experiences and optimize our article's performance to a level of $4 to $6.

Thanks Firefly for saying that and I do agree to an extent, but at the same time I do understand that everyone doesn't have it.

I have no problem helping everyone learn more about AC and giving them advice about the things I've learned to be successful with it. That's why I started this thread in the first place :)

But thanks for having my back on that Firefly.

I do appreciate it.

btw, I updated my page and made it much more user friendly if you'de like to take a look in my sig mate.

Keep me posted on how you're doing!

Man,

Copyscape are so crap. They only accept CC or Visa Debit, I don't have either. Is their website checker as accurate as their offline checker ?
i.e., If I post all the content from my articles onto my website, and check my site for duplicate content, should it give the same results as the paid searches ?

Yes it works the same. But I think you are limited to 10 searches per day or something for the site checking.

Yes, you are right, I had the same reaction. Seems they are close minded lol or they must have some fight with Paypal. Whatever, I do it like this, I generate VCC from my bank account and then pay them Via this VCC and everything goes smooth.

I hope this helps :)

To be honest, I can't blame Copyscape for not wanting to deal with PP. They've probably had it with their "holier than thou" business practices. It does suck, but at least we have free alternatives

PM me del_boy If you'de like me to do a CC purchase of Copyscape for you

Redtide,

I just wanted to clarify some stuff from your book.

"Tips on Traveling to Germany" or maybe: "Best beaches to go for couples"
The article mentions specific places to go in each parts of Germany and for the 2nd one, it tells them some excellent beaches.

Would this be considered specific? or should i get more detailed?

They sound really good but maybe tweak them like this to make them a bit more specific...

"10 Travel Tips for Your Next Germany Vacation" or "The Top 10 Beach Destinations for Couples"

See what I mean? AC knows people LOVE to read lists. It makes the content read a lot easier.

Also, I would do a quick search at AC and make sure that others haven't covered these topics too much. I would search "travel tips germany" and "beaches for couples" and if results are low you should have a couple winners on your hands.

Let me know if you'de like me to take a look at them to see if the articles themselves seem to be specific enough AG.

Good luck mate,

Redtide
