yes hes most likely serious about those numbers. its not hard. I dont promote at all and i get almost 100 per week.

and no (correct me if im wrong red) but i dont think he uses the accounts long enough to make any serious residuals. His w9 one probably makes some decent money each month if hes still submitting on it, but I doubt the others do well.

To seosutra - Have you read the past pages in the thread? We've covered all of the main niches/topics that do well with AC. It's tough for each of us to talk about a certain "trend" that may be working because it will quickly become unusable from everyone here trying to use it. It's a testing process for each individual to see what's working for them personally.

With that said, the more input you can give and add to the conversation, the better. We are all here to try to help each other mate.

But I talked to my family by you in Cali so I too will be hitting you up for a few rounds of pool lie we talked about & a jam session if there is time. As far as everyone wanting to know niche and topics people are talking about thats a tough subject really. It changes for everyone even from account to account. This thread already outlined the "kinds" of articles they like, from there you gotta fish out your own topics that are consistent winners when it comes to acceptance and pay. If we all posted about that we'd all over saturate the categories to fast and mess it up for everyone. Just be creative guys, I'll say it one more time but it's been said a lot in this thread before.

AC Loves (Specific as could be articles)

1) Not "Camping Safety" but "Mountain Camping Saftey for Children Under 12 years old" (not a workable article they will take but you get the idea)

2) Product Reveiws that are super specific "Westinghouse 22" Monitor Review" is not good but "Westinghouse LCM-22V3 22" LCD Monitor Review" is good. Catching my trend yet?

3) They love travel and location specificness. "Camping In Idaho, It Was Beautiful" is not good. "Camping in Redfish Lake Idaho; Stunning in the summer time" & they are all over it like a fat kid in the twinky facotry.

4) Stop reading and start doing, change things yur way and find a way that works that everone else doesn't see, to know or publicly speak of. Be happy I gave you a good pusha nd come back and thank me. ;-) Although any of this could really be found in this thread if you pieced it together.

Tech Reviews, Travel, Location Specific, How To's, & Amazingly a good science article written well does great. & that's a personal tip from me that isn't discussed. I've said it before. "Moths in North America" won't do, "The Atlas Moth, North America's Largest Moth; Even happens to be the most beautiful". Doesn't that make you want to read it more? Also a google search for a college kid doing a paper on "Atlas Moths" or someone wondering what the "Biggest Moth" is. Is going to hit on your article and AC knows it. It's very very very targeted and under saturated.

I hope this helps anyone who's read this thread and I guess especially the ones how came halfway through and missed a lot. I only gave these categories a shot because I read it here. Always remember though ADD your own twist to any method or niche. Discover a gem no one else has and don't shre it till you want to. A lot of good info was just given away.

Mine are not consistent $4-$5 but I've definitely got $4 and even $5 up fronts. In all actuallity my fiance's FIRST even article was a $4 upfront with 0 clout and no experience. She was on AC for a day. There are SO many factors to getting that high of upfronts with AC> WIth my Fiance I didn't know what she did special and couldn't figure it out besides she's a superb writer who used to want to be a writer when she was growing up.

Me, my upfronts came in a linear fashion as my clout went up. I received my first $4 upfront at clout 4 and first $5 upfront at clout 5 on articles in categories ive writen for in the past that got horrid upfronts. The main key is they want to know your articles will make them money. Hands down, if they think you won't your upfronts will suck even for awesome articles. Another trend i've noticed is if you say have 40 articles published & your at clout 5. Make sure that traffic is spread really evenly accross your articles. I noticed when it was like that instead of 5 of the 40 articles being the heavy hitters they are more likely to pay you good upfronts in ALL categories you write in because they see all your writing niches do well instead of 15% of them. Just a tip I noticed that I felt was revelant.

I also write 100% original articles and so does my fiance and have been offerec as low as $1.24 in the past & $1.50 before and when I wrote on the same articles with a crappier article in my opinion once my clout was up I received my highest upfront of just a little over $5 on the niche I once got the worst upfront with, and wrote what i feel was a crappier article.

AC is weird like that and they seem to treat different people accounts different as well. Also on a side note, back when I was starting and upfronts were low I tried writing and excellent article and it was more like 1200 words unlike there 400 minimum & I feel like it hurt me more then it did good. They don't want them lanky, because sometimes that scares readers who are lazy away. The logic I received from it anyways.

tbh honest though i probably wont be writing for AC much longer just because even at $7 an article thats still slave wages I mainly wanted to post stuff there for the references but since AC has next to no submission standards my profile there is pretty much useless on a resume. I can do a lot better than $7 on my own.

2 months plus a few weeks. Instead of reading too much I just went and did it. Honestly I think within 5 days I had a good feel for AC. From there I did what RedTides repeatedly said. Treat AC like a BUSINESS. I actually believe I went above and beyond if you read some of my posts about organization and how I do things. That coupled with loving to write & being able to do so well is what made it really easy. I tell people all the time I had 1 declined article in my first 30. That is because I read this thread here one time through and implemented everything I remembered. I filled in the rest of the blanks myself. THE ACTION MACHINE THREAD - MEMBER DOWNLOADS

Anyone working from home who wants time to seriously mean something to them, finds there self watching youtube too much, checking sports, & spending too much time chatting and reading on BHW & other forums rather than doing.

This program hands down made my internet businesses run a lot smoother and more profitable. You can seriously allocate 30-60 min. a day TOPS to reading or writing in BHW.com or researching any method. Allocate 60 min. to Blog Writing. Allocate 2 hours that day to scraping content, Allocate 30 min. to submitting AC articles. If your like me make a few spots where you allocate 30min. to writing a full article, proof reading, keyword density check, linking, citing your sources & making a snazzy title for your article. I make a few of those through out the day

This program lets you make timers for every single one of the items you allocate. It lets me break up a perfect 8-10 hour day. When I'm ready to write I push start on my 30 min. timer marked "Write 1 AC Article". WHen I'm done I stop the timer. If it hits 30 min. before I'm done an alarm goes off to let me know to hurry up or move on. It lets me know when my time at BHW chatting is done as well.

So you lay our your whole AC day/Internet Business day. Everything from articles, to lunch, to reading/writing e-mails, scraping content, etc. It gives you a visual representation and reminds you with a beep when your times up on something you allocated time to. So you will actually do that whole 2 hour scraping job.

Best part is at the end you hit "Report" & you can view and save a report plus print. Daily if you like, or let it roll out for a week and print it. Put this on your wall in your office. You will either feel really guilty when you see all the time you wasted, or really proud of yourself when you see everything you got done with your time. You usually will also see an increase in money flow and work progress when your smiling at everything you got done in the time you used.

I don't want to stray in this thread but when we are talking about treating AC like a business. This really helped me feel like I was on the clock at a job which is a good thing when you are your own boss.

Next to RedTides book. This has been the second best thing in my AC career success. It's FREE as well. Buy RedTides AC Manual & download this. Take it seriously & you will do good.

It makes it so you can't cheat yourself and when you do cheat yourself, you will see it in the report. It will motivate you when you see the time you waste sometimes & if it doesn't motivate you, you don't have what it takes to be your own boss.

I'm glad you find my threads informative though, just shoot me a thanks if you really do gain insight from it or help. It helps me continue to allocate a 60 min. timer on that "Action Machine" program called "BHW - Research & Help in the AC thread" & that is not a joke.

I received so much love and help here it's ridiculous. So I'm doing the right thing & I'm going to pay it forward & let people know this is very legit if you have real go getter skills and can treat this like a business. I will help you anyway I can. You gotta realize I don't even outsource. There's just me & my fiance and I do very good. I actually don't even re-write. I mainly just write. Karma is real and I like to keep it flowing.

RedTides book covers so much on outsourcing it's amazing. Makes want to go there eventually. It also covers so much on AC it's worth reading if if you want to just write for AC & make good money. It seriously shows you the difference between making pennies and barely getting by on AC, to making respectable earnings (at least AC respectable, I pay my mortgage & bills with AC). I was going great but my first day with RedTides Book I went from $4+ being my best upfront to applying a few easy tweaks and getting my fist 5$ upfront.

Starting out expect $1.50 to $2.50 as your. Learning to make $5 an upfront more than doubles your earnings if you worked it like a job everyday of the week but weekends like I do. The book payed for itself quick. It isn't rocket science in his e-book. It's experience which is what makes it valuable to someone starting out, & even someone who's learned a lot already. If you plan to outsource the books amazing & I don't even use that half of it because I'm just a team with my fiance.

But geez, it walks you through everything from multiple account creation, hiring re-writers for $1, selecting your re-writers, training your writers, etc. Including pictures. You will never find a more solid how to that you can follow unless it was RedTide himself standing in your room showing you.

Sorry to rant but I've had the book for 2 weeks now and I feel I can finally say what I feel about it in its entirety now. Even though I don't use the outsource chapters. They were so easy to follow it made up my mind that in the future I will. Like I said though, with those chapters aside its still great if you want to really do AC.

Step's to success with AC:

1)Willing to work, at least to get to the point of auomation

2)Small fee for RedTides book which will pay for itself back, check his ITrader rating and the atleast 30 good review in this thread alone about it.

3)Seriously download the ACTION MACHINE FROM THE MEMBERS DOWNLOAD SECTION [ THIS IS THE THREAD ]

4)Stop reading and get to work. Try to set your alarm for the same time daily. On the action machine push play for your first action of the day and go (My morning action timer I use first is "Meals - Breakfast & Coffee" I allocate 20min.) Usually get it done in 17 min. though ;-) it's nice to see time saved on the end of the day report.For now that's my true feelings on how to get an awesome start on AC & any internet venture.

I hope this helps and I thank anyone who takes the time to really read it and take it to heart, that is the kind of dedication it takes to succeed really.

This is true but I don't know what your current situation is, but look at my post above. You can do MUCH better than slave wages if you play the game right. I paid my mortgage, all utilities, car insurance, etc last month on AC cause I lost my job for being in the hospital.

I made far more than slave wages. It depends on the cost of living in your area and how much you can produce in an hour and dedicate to making money a day. I'll say $2,000 ina month is totally possible writing on your own. That isn't they key though to making this easy. I had to really really push to do that writing on my own with my fiance.

If you want to do that and just put in a lot of initial legwork to automate things get RedTides book. It'll teach you how to outsource everything so sure you are paying out a little (I mean you pay out $1 for an article you flip for $4+) essentially. RedTides book covers extensively on hiring re-writers to write for you and learning how to automate as much as possible. So you can allocate your time elsewhere and still make a profit over $2,000 for the monthe ven after paying everyone out.

It's not a get rich scheme but it definitely is a way to make a good income if you need the extra money. Being jobless with chrohn's disease at home and having my car blow up yesterday (well engine at least blew a had gasket) it's a god send to be doing this.

You see that just came off the top of my head. "Flyfishing" is an excellent search term for SEO. As is "Camping in Idaho"

RedTide's book covers all of this as well.

Your brain just starts thinking that way after you've been doing this for awhile. I sell my custom content writing services to plenty of people who use me for web design and blogs. AC is awesome practice for learning good SEO practice to offer your customers. Sure for a resume it doesn't look good for a job, but for "Portfolio" pieces it does for possible customers. I could go on for days about things you could do that branch from AC while your working AC.

Once again, you sound like myself talking when you post up I really appreciate you taking the time to reiterate the things that I've talked about earlier in the thread, as well as you and your fiance's own input and experiences. It will definitely help me to not have to keep answering the same things all of the time by it being posted here again, 30 pages in.

@ Livinitup0 - To add to what Jon said and to refer to your question about $5-$7 upfronts, it all comes down to how determined you are in approaching AC, and how long you've been doing it. Jon and his fiance for instance have gone into it the same way I have and with a similiar level of determination. They're kicking ass with it in a short time because of that, so they're already getting upfronts of up to $5. How much effort they've put in is directly related to how much they're making.

That $5 may not sound like much for a 400 word article, but you can't look at it that way with AC. It's the ability to mass submit that gives it it's solid earning potential. Yes, you can do your own freelancing work and get higher pay per article, but consistency can be a real issue. With AC, they are always there and ready to pay you for content that will make them a profit. This, along with the ability to mass submit is what makes AC a more convenient option to a lot of people, me included.

I'm getting high $5's - high $6's for my articles, but it's because I've been doing it a LONG time. Just like with anything, the longer you've been doing it the better you get at fine tuning things. In the case of AC, the better you become at knowing just what to give them, the more you'll make and the less rejections you'll deal with. I'm currently getting about 6-7 articles rejected out of 100.

Most people start out at around $3 as you'll see from past posters in here, and then many have started as high as $4. If you keep at it and continually test with the things you submit, I'm sure you could be pulling in nearly $7's as well. It just takes time. Mass submit 30-40 articles a day at $6 profit per article, and you're in good shape.

Just to reiterate the importance of twitter accounts.

One of my accounts was suddenly not getting articles accepted and I was unsure why. Then I realized that one night I had turned off my twitter accounts that were linked to ac. Shortly after nothing would get accepted.

Those twitter views are what was keeping my acceptance rate high.

Absolutely. Like I said earlier, it was the main thing that helped my page views climb pretty dramatically.

Their upfront offers are an investment in people to bring in the views. If the person isn't bringing in the views after they accept the upfront offer, they'll tend to lower the upfronts on future artciles.

They've gotten quite a bit pickier about this recently. 7-8 months ago you could get away with low page views and keep getting upfronts offered.

Damn them!


@ everyone - I'm sure many of you have seen the guy's thread here in the AC subforum where he posted up a way to try to screw over people that are trying to hire rewriters at $1 per article. Look out for anyone telling you they'll do some work for you for free, and then to protect yourselves, try to do like I've said in the past and only send a new prospect no more than two articles to get started with.

This guy's ploy revolves around trying to steal your scraped content and keywords. Now that he was ignorant enough to post it here, there will be some greedy a-holes trying to do the same thing.

This asshat is trying to get people to steal your scraped content If anyone contacts you while you're hiring your rewriters at GAF, Elance, Mturk or any of the other freelance sites, but I wanted to make everyone aware so they can protect themselves. I'm sure it will only be a temporary "trend" to try to pull this because it's not a longterm (or for that matter, ethical) way to collect content to have rewritten.

If you have my book and are working this method PLEASE don't try to work this ploy yourself. It will only hurt everyone in the long run and karma can be a real bitch!

Just be smart when you're weeding through your bidders you guys

I guess it just proves we all have different views of what blackhat is. To me Blackhat is not stealing at all. It's just learning how to work the system to capitalize the best you can. Not blatantly rip someone off and steal. I don't think anyone here is "stealing" from AC. Honestly with multiple accounts and all of these articles we are helping AC no matter how they want to view Blackhatters. Stealing though is a line I refuse to cross.

Just my 2 cents, and it will come back to get you when you least expect it. That is how karma works.
