Macro/Script/Program/Site that mixes up a txt file full of urls

Hi,

Basically what the title says. I have some text files with thousands of urls in them that I want to jumble up. Is there any way to do this?

Even though someone has posted a solution, lots of list managing software can do that as well. NPust List Manager is one example and free.
