They are all $2 flat for your own channel and $2.50 if you post on their channels.
If you among their elite (FPSRussia, Whiteboy7thst, uberhaxanova) You can negotiate a higher rate.

It has been $2 since they started.
They have never used a higher CPM, ever.
The current contract is 7 years, the older contract was perpetual (for ever)
If you sign with them you can only livestream on YouTube (Not twitch.tv which is a much better website for that kind of thing)
In 7 years Machinima will be a TV network. They will have $XXXXX CPM's and they will still be giving you $2
Currently they often get $60+ CPM's and they keep $58.
They sell their own adspace, that is why its so high.
Compared to other networks though its not all bad, TGN average payment is still below $2.
IGN is $3 CPM.
Machinima does have the least flexible contract though and if you sign and you do not like what they do, you are fucked. You will not be able to leave.

I assure you it hasn't always been 2$... They offered me a contract about a year ago for my gaming channel for 3$ flat, and my friends who are definitely not high end gamers have also received a contract for 3-3.5
How updated is your info? Also do you know which part of Machinima your stats are from? US/EU etc?

Adam They offered me a contract about 3 months ago 6$ CPM 2 Years chain. But my channel is one of Elite channels on youtube.
TGN offered me 95/5
and from TGS 90/10
