Machine Id?

Hey guys.
I have been trying to understand what this means.

"236806384031982345"

That this is my machine id and I do not understand where can I find that in my windows. Does anyone know what does this mean and how can I find or change it?
Note : This is shown to me by an encrypted file by an encryption software.

I don't think it should be all numbers...

I don't think the question can be answered without more information.

Unique machine ids can be generated in all sorts of ways. Machine ids can be generated based on the machine hardware, os uuid, etc.

Furthermore, the app could have altered the id they're showing you. For example, hashing a uuid. Although that doesn't appear to be a hash, I'm just giving an example.
