Macbook pro hacked?

I have a macbook pro. My partner has physical access to it for several hours a day, but he does not have the password (he may have my appleid password, I'm not 100%). There is no way he could guess my password, but it seems like he knows things that I text my friends or things he would only know from having access to my macbook pro. Is it possible he was able to hack me or I am just crazy?

Sorry to hear that. If you suspect a real hack, wipe the system and do a clean macOS reinstall. Also change all your passwords from a secure device, enable 2FA, and scan your accounts for unusual activity. Stay safe!
