I think 25$ is a fair price + 10$ for the luxury case and bags and it's very easy to setup a dropship site and made a deal with supplier with your own (luxury) brand name and they will simply scratch the 0/500 serial number and sell this for maybe 10$ to you.

There are some idiots wich pays 200$ for this watch pictures look good, looks luxury and prof look site and the story sells.

Good marketing. But yeah it's pretty funny people fall for it. Looks like a bunch of $50 to $100 watches to me and that's being generous.
 
I thought Italians produce spaghetti and sport cars, not luxury watches.

It is not about the watch itself, it is about the tricks to promote on kickstarter, something like SEO for the campaign... I've seen so many aliexpress shit watches get funded on kickstarter

How a 200 EUR watch can be considered luxury, which you can get for 100 EUR, if you were fast? Entry level Swiss watches start at that price point. Most people can afford this easily in well-developed countries, it's far from luxury.

No exclusivity either, the numbers don't add up. They say "limited to 500 pieces", yet there will be made 500+250+2,900+1,650+300+150+100=5,850. lol

Shit ranks nr1 for "Italian luxury watch" on Google though.
 
OK. So we all now that the watch is made in some crappy Shenzhen China factory for 19 bucks a peace. Now the real question is how are they getting traffic?

Marketing. They probably got citation from news websites.
Also traction. Once you get over certain amount, you get on kickstarter homepage and stuff.
Quality of the presentation -> their video is on point.


There's no secret. High end marketing product high end results, in most cases.
