I've been trying to get a grip on using the internet to make money for some time, and have yet to see success. When I began, I had anticipated that, if I were skilled enough at the languages of the web, that I could make money. I now know PHP, HTML (and css), Javascript, and MySQL all very fluently and have made some neat systems, but have never seen a dime. About three months ago, I've discovered this forum, and realized that there's enough information about making money online here to be a college major. So I'm here to hopefully learn from the other brilliant existing members, and if I'm lucky, slowly build up to success. From what I've read around here, it seems that keyword selection is the first massive make-or-break move, so I intend to learn much more about this field. I am aware of quite a few online services, but I must say that Google's AdWords keyword tool is my favorite at the moment, and it may be a good place to start (says the guy who hasn't made anything. I'd like to have an experienced person's advice).

man if you understand all of that already youre going to do great! i think one problem a lot of people have getting started is just being familiar with websites and how they function and how to actually put one together themselves. with that background youll have no trouble setting up sites for whatever you choose to go with. good luck!

Thanks, I don't anticipate having too much trouble on the technical side, but it's still going to be a lot of learning for me. But this means a lot to me, and I'm going to give it my all. Good luck on your endeavors as well!
