Hey everyone,

I have been lurking on this site for a couple of years now. I have tried a few small methods and earned a few bucks here and there, but nothing significant. I have a "good, stable" job that pays well so I have been too lazy to dedicate myself to IM. However, I'm so sick of that corporate world I am determined to make a big change this year.

Hope to engage with all of you and learn as well as share.

Welcome to BHW.

If you are sick of the corporate world would you really enjoy IM? As far as I see, there's no shortage of capitalist enthusiasm here.

Thanks - haha well it has nothing to do with capitalism. It has everything to do with the soul sucking people I have to see every day and babysit. Also, essentially any person at any company is replaceable. People think that jobs are secure, but I would really push back that making your own way is much more secure.

That's a good question - my biggest problem all along has been getting to excited learning new methods and not taking enough action. I plan on working on the following three items for now: niche site with amazon affiliate links, niche site and amazon t-shirts (if I finally get approved), and IG marketing with affiliate offers.

As I find what is working I will scale it up and hire VAs to help me push it further.
