Lurker, finally joined.

I am a complete noob at this stuff, and I mean COMPLETE noob. Most of the 'for noobs' tutorials are beyond me at this point, but I have a willingness to learn.

Would love someone more experienced to show me the ropes and hold my hand, but that seems pretty unlikely from what I have seen.

Any money I make, be it $5 or $5000 will be reinvested, and my ultimate goal is to have a fully automated second income, even if its as little as a couple hundred bucks a month.

Might be best to start with some readings on how to build websites via CMS like WordPress, which allows people without html background to build websites in a few clicks. From there, you'll have to learn how to get traffic (organic or paid), and how to monetize that traffic.

Nice info PowerOverwhelming ! .. Me and my cuz have been talking about having an online business and been lurking around forums like this to know where to begin with. I was just trying to research on how SEO is helping people to earn.. and now i am slowly seeing myself stepping one foot on to it. You mentioned about getting traffic (organinc or paid). May i know what you mean with organic and paid traffics? How do you actually monetize traffic? Sorry, a noob here needs some enlightenment. Thanks.
