You make your traffic to look like it comes from a different site, not the one where you actually send traffic from. For example you promote CPA offers on domain A.com, but you make it look like it comes from domain B.com
That way on A.com you can use blackhat and whatever techniques and CPAs won't see what you are doing, because they will see your traffic comes from B.com where everything looks great and legit
