Lulustream help

First I used to upload links in a forum then on March 1st my account got banned then I created another account and checked I saw they had banned a hosting link and later the site was down (mean no one where replying) then mid April site came back but only people with high ratings could share the the banned links but the traffic is very low I found an idea to share link which worked but the administrator banned with the false reason of me spamming again so I'm tired of that site my 4 accounts where banned in less than a month so if anyone helps me it'll be good
I need a forum to share links or site like p***hoader will also be gud
