You’re still saying the same things. I’ve addressed all your questions both in my direct message and in my reply, and yet you’re still saying there’s a “top” and a “bottom” to the screenshot. If the moderator wants it, I’ve downloaded the entire Telegram chat and can share it. You mentioned a 7-day guarantee—what happened to that warning? Going back to change the sales information is a problem in and of itself. The issue isn’t the 7-day period—it’s that you sold 15 out of 18 accounts that had been completely closed two weeks prior, without any warning. You can’t just make up your own policies and change them on a whim. I’ve shared over 20 screenshots and tried to provide all the information I have, detailing everything—what have you provided? You haven’t given or shared any information; I’m waiting for a proper response and clarification from you. But I’m guessing you didn’t read my replies in detail. Also, what exactly are you complaining about, and why are you using language that suggests you want to change the moderation’s decision? If you think I’m in the wrong, I’m waiting for you to post the rest of the screenshots. I’m saying that if the mod wants it, I’ll upload and share the entire chat—no problem at all. Which part did I cut out? But you changed the sales information and added a warning when this happened—I have proof of that, and I’ve shared all the evidence along with the dates. You said I threatened you or something—where was that? You uploaded the same screenshots on telegram not showing anything new, how many times do we have to repeat that we only have at best max 7 days replacement warranty and the one you purchased doesn’t have a warranty because it’s priced low, way below market price.
You can only blame yourself if your excuse is being busy, you shouldn’t have bought in the first place if you’re busy.
It doesn’t change the replacement warranty time frame whether you’re busy or not.
We only have 7 days warranty at best, but the product user purchased has no warranty, whatever is going on with their life does not affect the replacement warranty period. It’s no longer within a reasonable time frame.
7 days is already a long replacement warranty, you can check other sales threads they show 1 day or even few hours warranty, 1 month is no longer reasonable.
I hope the Mods can make a decision since the user keeps arguing about the same thing on telegram at best, 7 days warranty is 7 days, not 1 month, it’s on the bhw sales thread itself, not only they are supposed to check all accounts, they are supposed to change the login info within those time, if they don’t agree with the warranty they shouldn’t have bought in the first place.

I’ve presented the mods with plenty of evidence and arguments and shared the facts, but you haven’t responded to any of this, and you’re accusing me of cropping screenshots. Please share them and answer my questions one by one, because that’s what I’m doing. You uploaded the same screenshots on telegram not showing anything new, how many times do we have to repeat that we only have at best max 7 days replacement warranty and the one you purchased doesn’t have a warranty because it’s priced low, way below market price.

Why are you trying to lecture me? This is a forum, and we’re discussing a sales dispute. This is the second time you’ve tried to lecture me. That “scroll down” section wasn’t there—the photos I posted were taken a month ago, and the screenshots I sent you… When I pointed that out to you, you didn’t respond with something like, “That text was already there,” because it wasn’t there at the time, but as soon as the topic came up, you added an informational message. This isn’t about the warranty—you can’t sell a defective product and say the warranty is only for a certain period. The product was defective from the very beginning, and out of 18 accounts, 15 had been deleted two weeks before I bought them—and you sold those accounts to me without informing me, even though you knew about it. I’m presenting my evidence; you need to respond so you can help the mods. I’m not trying to change the rules; I’m making a very logical explanation, but you keep giving inadequate and incomplete answers every time. If I ask 10 questions, you answer only one—and even that answer is incomplete. This isn’t a matter of “certain conditions” in my listing; the situation is completely different. You sold me a defective product, and I’m proving it with evidence and explaining it in detail. It’s ridiculous for you to come here and lecture me. I want the moderators to warn you about this—the seller is trying to derail the discussion, and I’ve presented all the evidence I have and can still provide—all the chat logs, and if mods want more details, I think I’ve explained myself very thoroughly.Your screenshot of product page itself is showing the text is not in full, it requires scrolling down to read the rest of the information.
The warranty is also shown on our Mod approved bhw sales thread directly which cannot be edited also showing the last edit date in there.
The evidence we have are on the bhw sales threads, product pages and the information that you yourself are providing, you are the one with the case so you should be the one providing the evidence.
The math is really simple, at best, 7 days is 7 days not 1 month.
Whatever is going on with your life does not change the situation for everyone else.
Trying to use the forum to change rules for everyone else to adjust with your life is very entitled and doesn’t make sense.
I believe I’ve explained everything in detail to the moderators and provided the evidence. The seller keeps repeating the same points, and even though I’ve asked where exactly I threatened them and requested an explanation, they’re twisting my words and steering the conversation in different directions. If the moderators have enough information or need additional details, I’m happy to help. I don’t think the seller is communicating properly because when I asked about the things they said, they didn’t address my questions and are still repeating the same statements. If you had an issue with accounts then you should have contacted us right away after purchase to do something about it, NOT AFTER 1 MONTH when the warranty has already expired and the time frame is no longer reasonable.
We are reasonable people, if it was within a few days at least we could do something about it without much questions asked but if it’s after 1 month already, we get into the sketchy situations where users try to abuse the warranty and it’s no longer reasonable.
The mod approved bhw sales thread itself shows 7 days warranty and not only that, you are supposed to change the login details of accounts after receiving them.
Your excuse of “being busy” is not valid to us since whatever is going on with your personal life does not change the situation or rules for everyone else.
You, right now creating a dispute against us and threatening to report us to legal authorities or leaving negative reviews on social media does not magically make us change the warranty which is even shown on our mod approved bhw sales thread itself.
Again,
The math is really simple, at best, 7 days is 7 days not 1 month.
Trying to use the forum to change rules for everyone else to adjust with your personal life “cause oh, i was busy” is very entitled and doesn’t make sense.
You need to understand that this has nothing to do with the warranty and that I’m not pressuring you into anything—you sold a defective product, and the timeframe isn’t relevant. I’ve explained everything in full, along with the evidence, but you keep changing the subject. First you said it was cheap to begin with, then you said it had a 7-day warranty, and then you said there was a warning. No matter what I do to prove you’re wrong, you just shift the conversation and say something else.If you had an issue with accounts then you should have contacted us right away after purchase to do something about it, NOT AFTER 1 MONTH when the warranty has already expired and the time frame is no longer reasonable.

Since you didn’t read what I wrote carefully, you didn’t understand what I was talking about. I’m saying you changed the information on your website. You’re telling me it’s a forum. You’re responding without reading the entire thread. Moderators, please make a decision. As I said, I’ve shared all the information and images; if any additional moderators need more information or images, I’ll be happy to help in any way I can.Yes there is no point in arguing with you anymore. We are just waiting for mod’s decision at this point.
This dispute thread is the evidence itself of your threats, we only have 7 days warranty posted on our mod approved bhw sales thread THAT CANNOT BE EDITED and shows the DATE of LAST EDIT THERE yet you want to dispute to try and change replacement warranty it to 1 month.
We will repeat the key points:
1. The mod approved bhw sales thread itself shows 7 days warranty and not only that, you are supposed to change the login details of accounts after receiving them.
2. If you had an issue with accounts then you should have contacted us right away after purchase to do something about it, NOT AFTER 1 MONTH when the warranty has already expired and the time frame is no longer reasonable.
3. Your excuse of “being busy” is not valid to us since whatever is going on with your personal life does not change the situation or rules for everyone else.
4. The math is really simple, at best, 7 days is 7 days not 1 month. Trying to use the forum to change rules for everyone else to adjust with your personal life “cause oh, i was busy” is very entitled and doesn’t make sense.
The screenshot you uploaded earlier only shows the top page of screenshot and not the bottom which shows more text when scrolling down, and the warranty is also included on the mod approved bhw sales thread which cannot be edited since your dispute is on bhw then let’s base it on the warranty on the mod approved bhw sales thread for arguments sake, it’s still the same thing, warranty has expired because it’s no longer within the reasonable time frame.Since you didn’t read what I wrote carefully, you didn’t understand what I was talking about. I’m saying you changed the information on your website. You’re telling me it’s a forum. You’re responding without reading the entire thread. Moderators, please make a decision. The bottom part wasn’t there; you added it later, after the incident. And this isn’t a warranty issue—it’s your fault for selling a defective product and failing to warn or inform the customer. The warranty period doesn’t matter for a defective product; what you sold was faulty and defective from the very beginning. I’ll say it again: it’s not just a few accounts—15 out of 18 had already been closed two weeks before I bought them. It doesn’t matter if the warranty is one hour, one week, or even one year. You still think this is about the BHW that the mods approved, but the issue is completely different, and I can prove and present these points logically, legally, and ethically. Also, from the very beginning of this conversation, you’ve been lecturing me and steering the topic toward threats and such. At first, you kept saying things like “it’s cheap anyway,” but you keep changing the subject because I’m proving that your arguments are illogical and wrong. The screenshot you uploaded earlier only shows the top page of screenshot and not the bottom which shows more text when scrolling down, and the warranty is also included on the mod approved bhw sales thread which cannot be edited since your dispute is on bhw then let’s base it on the warranty on the mod approved bhw sales thread for arguments sake, it’s still the same thing, warranty has expired because it’s no longer within the reasonable time frame.
it's really simple, if they had issues prior, they should have just complained about it at the day of their purchase since they were talking to us on telegram at that time, but they didn't do anything, 7 days warranty is already pretty generous and long time, that's more than enough time to check and complain if any issue, but this person only contacted us 1 month has already passed which is very sketchy and suspicious, it's no longer within the reasonable time frame. "oh, i was busy" is not valid or reasonable response to us.
I didn't ask for this because you're mostly just repeating stuff you've already said a bunch of times. Do you have any more evidence? If you have, submit it, but no more of these repeated posts please.it's really simple, if they had issues prior, they should have just complained about it at the day of their purchase since they were talking to us on telegram at that time, but they didn't do anything, 7 days warranty is already pretty generous and long time, that's more than enough time to check and complain if any issue, but this person only contacted us 1 month has already passed which is very sketchy and suspicious, it's no longer within the reasonable time frame. If we give in to user dispute threats then it will turn into a loophole that can and will be abused in the future, what’s the point of warranty or rules if they can just circumvent around them by simply using the forum to dispute, why do we have to adjust to user’s unreasonable demands and make them have a hold over our life, then they can simply just do it all over again in the future.
Giving in to their unreasonable demands also advertises to others that “oh, i can just buy, do whatever i want for months and as long as i can make and dispute thread then i can make unreasonable demands anytime i want”
If they can do it even after 1 month has already passed then what’s stopping them or others for doing it again after a few months or 1 year later, then are we still going to be liable for 1 year? That’s just not reasonable anymore and there will be no more point of selling here since they can just do whatever they want.
No, it says when the accounts were deactivated, and there are emails too. Please stop beating around the bush—you know this too. The evidence is in the emails and in Google’s notification. The date on google is not accurate an account could only be disabled today but show a different month on the page.
The user contacted us on the day of their purchase so if it was true that the accounts had an issues prior they should’ve just contacted us the same again which is the most obvious and normal thing to do and NOT AFTER 1 MONTH HAS ALREADY PASSED with an excuse of “oh, i was busy” which is very sketchy and no longer within the reasonable time frame.
The website says no warranty specifically for those cheapest account type, bhw mod approved sales thread says 7 days, the user contacted us only after 1 month has already passed.
In any of the 2 scenarios the warranty is expired either way.
So the replacement warranty is already way beyond expired and making a dispute does not change the warranty on our mod approved bhw sales thread which cannot be edited and shows the last edit date there.
You need to keep appealing on your own until recovery with better chat gpt messages so the chances are higher each time, cause replacement warranty is already expired.
What kind of evidence are you looking for? I think I’ve provided enough visual evidence and proof, unlike the seller. If there’s a specific topic you’d like to see, I’d be happy to share it.
What evidence do you want from us?I didn't ask for this because you're mostly just repeating stuff you've already said a bunch of times. Do you have any more evidence? If you have, submit it, but no more of these repeated posts please.
