Alright BHW, I am in need of some major help.

I have a way to make money from Plenty of Fish. I have created two different accounts using different e-mail addresses and have seen great results. And I am not advertising with them.

However, I am pretty sure that pof has blocked or banned me from creating anymore accounts. The problem I get here is an error message from POF that says that the username is taken or has invalid characters. I am using only letters in the username (and have even typed in non-sensical usernames as a test) yet still get the message.

To surpass this, I have tried to use hidemyass, free usa proxies, and most all ip routers through Proxy4Free. The problem here is that I get another error message that says something like " you are using invalid characters such as > and '. stick to using numbers and letters for a username ". I even get the same message when I used IP Hider from CNET.

Everything seems to revolve around the username, even though I have entered usernames that are completely random letters...

Any ideas to get around this little hiccup? I would like to start earning money again :)

If you are going to suggest a proxy that will get around this, which one?


Just for clarites sake, I would like to stick to free methods :D

I'll give my method to someone who can offer me a solution to this little problem, as I fear that it may become saturated if I just post it haphazardly.
 
They have picked up their security recently. They have several layers of security against profile creation at this point. Private message me and I can give you some hints.
 
Its all to do with your ip address, you need a uk ip address to be able to create new accounts.
 
Sorry I'm a newb but would it not be enough to get someone else to make the accounts for you, since you said you only needed two? I'd do it for you f I wasnt already using a couple PoF accounts for presumably similar purposes.

I'm sure someone here who doesnt use pof would be willing to help?
 
Try 2 paid private proxies... Only costs a few $. Try to login with one... No succes. Open new account with the other + new email etc. If it still doesn't work throw your computer out of the window!

Like mentioned above, it's an IP issue, they will typically put you into a Never ending loop of "Bad Captcha" error's, or Username Duplicate error's....

Find a more Private IP source. You can also try a mobile phone to sig up, using they're APP.

Get a private proxy or 5 and before you signup, tell the seller/company it must work and not yet be blacklisted by POF. Private proxies get re-sold over and over because people get new ones after their old private proxy is blacklisted all over the place.

EDIT: I have several private proxies that I have never used with POF and I'll make a few accts for u(no charge) if that will help you until u get some private proxies.

if your methods any good i can hook you up, I have a bots for everything on there. No PM's from randoms thanks.
 
The thing about public proxy's is that they're public so everybody and there brother, sister, auntie, grandma, uncle, and cousin is using them for various purposes. Which would probably explain their uselessness.
My question to you though is this, if you've stumbled upon a "lucrative" method, wouldn't you be able to afford some private proxies?

However, if you can explain your method in detail, then I'd be wiling to fork over some private proxies from a VERY reputable supplier.
 
proxies dont work when you try to create a POF account. it displays exactly what you said if you try. there is an older post about this somewhere on here
 
Again, I will not post my method because i fear it will become saturated. If you have a solution that works and is free i will give you my method.

And smoke, thank you for pointing out that i am a cheap bastard.

You can get anything you want on the internet, and a free way to create multiple pof accounts is what i am after...
 
VPN definitely works at the moment(just created 3 accts in 3 diff cities) in creating new accounts on POF even if they appear to be detecting and blocking a lot of proxies right now.

OP, I can give u free access to several VPN's if u want to work together on your method. Sent u a PM already.
 
lol this method is already becoming saturated since POF is making it harder to create accounts. I have the same problem too and i don't think buying a proxy will do any difference but there has to be a way around this since POF is a goldmine!
I will never pay that Douche for Advertising since he likes to take as much money as
he can from you as he can. He don't play by the rules so why should we :D
 
So I have tried multiple methods suggested above. I have deleted cookies and all browsing history. I have signed up for and tried different vpn networks, tusurfer did not work for me (it was also a bit confusing to use), and I have tried ip hider with no success. I guess I may have to result to paying people to set up pof accounts...

On a further note, I do not have enough posts to write pm. So please post advice on here or give me your e-mail address
