Hey, I've been interested in Lucid dreaming for the past few months now.
Succeeded several times, but couldn't remain lucid for long.
The experiences I've had now where nice tho! So who actually had one of these lucid dreams before?
And is it hard for you too stay lucid? And which method do you use too get in those dreams?

Go to sleep at 1am, set your alarm for 3am -> wake up -> scream really REALLY LOUD :

I have OBE's. Moss is one of the better authors for lucid dreaming. The easiest way to have an OBE is to take a nap mid day, wake up around 8, stay up for a couple of hours, eat lightly, no crazy videos or anything that uses up energy (emotional energy is the same energy for attention, learn to conserve it). Lastly, before going to sleep, lay down, and visualize a glow around the body.
Inhale the glow into your body and watch it fill it up. You want to be able to have a glowing double surrounding your body, 1 inch away from the skin. Breathe for a few moments, and try to feel the extra layer of embodiment right near your own skin.
Next, visualize yourself in the POV of the double, getting up and out of your body. Float over to the wall, and feel it's texture. Go around the room and feel different TEXTURES, tactile sensation is the key to transplanting one's awareness away from the meat-body. After about 5 minutes of this, go back to your body, and reabsorb into it. Go to sleep, and you should pop right out as soon as you fall asleep.
I used to counsel other's with their uncontrollable experiences. Let me know when you get to the Guardian of the Threshold!

If you're all about conscious out of body exit and traveling, you can't do better than Moss and the Monroe Institute's Wave series that uses binaural beats to enduce brain synchronization.

Don't use the word contribute. You are ASKING for information, not giving it. There are forums for lucid dreaming you can join.

Lucid dreaming is pretty useless. Did you try out Astral projection. Its sort of more advanced.

These methods are straight fire tho.
Gotta write these down.

People actually write like this unironically? I thought it was stemmed out of blackpeopletwitter.

Same energy, different gate to deal with. Simply seek out your physical body from the lucid dream to convert into etheric/astral projection.

No I don't write like that, if people are not taking me serious why should I be serious to them?

I recently injured myself and was given codeine by the hospital.

For the last 3 weeks I have had the best dreams of my life.

If you can get your hands on the stuff, its great. I don't know if it does this to everyone but its done some mad shit to me.
