you can use 2 -3 main keywords. 6 to 7 LSI keywords for 1000 words articles
how many times should i use those keyword? and what did you mean by main keyword,is it related keyword?

Main keywords are what your article is about. Such as:
Main KW:
How to build a table
Building a table
Secondary LSI keywords:
Building a table for beginners
How to build a table for beginners
Table building tutorial for beginners
Main KW:

Secondary LSI keywords:

I answered this for you but ... an all mighty moderator deleted all my posts yesterday because I was giving some SEOs shit for using GSA like noobs.
So here is the answer.
First off where are you getting your LSI?
If you're scanning pages/keywords that have things like Wikipedia or Amazon or big hit DA sites you may be using LSI that doesn't really matter. So only scan LSI from relevant sites that are fighting for these spots (and not Wikipedia they're the huge 10,000 pound gorilla that gets into any party because... they're a 10,000 pound gorilla, Google is not gonna say no to their invite).
THEN... sorry to say the best way to go about this is either
A. Use a software called CORA because each keyword is different!
or
B. Find out the main keyword/LSI you want to use and go through these sites manually and count
Cora is expensive and is a pain in the ass to learn, but will make a huge difference for onpage.

I won't play with it beyond dusting relevance on my brand profiles.
And if it's working for you doesn't mean that 99 out of 100 noob SEOs are going to make it work.
I have sites I spammed the living hell out of still ranking so I know what you're saying, but
I do client SEO so I won't touch it for their stuff beyond what I mentioned. Best moving forward with that.

You can use it for tier 2s & 3s for your powerful Web 2.0s, press releases, and blasting social media post.
It works for my sites, so I’m assuming it works for everyone else in the same capacity.
Though, I will say that you have a point. You need to be much more cautious in dealing with clients websites backlinks profile than you do your own.

Depends on the topic and how long are your paragraphs. In my opinion at least 2-3 LSI, and max 6-7.

im using 4 to 5 LSI in my artical, and 2 keywprd ,basically its depend on your post/atricle

IMO, 5 to 6 LSI keywords are best for 1000 word article.
