how do lowest unique action sites make money? i dont understand it...
sites like http://www.bid4prizes.com/

i think they call this reverse auction sites as well...

Looks like any other form of free lottery.
They probably make big bucks out of member's personnal details, selling them to advertisers...

I can't think of any other way they could make money.

This is from their terms of use:

B4P Current Rates:
Premium Membership - $9.99/month.
Premium Members get a total of 30 text message or online bids per day without advertisements and can also login to track points, play the arcade, and redeem points for prizes. Premium Membership is a monthly automatic renewal subscription service. The $9.99 monthly fee is charged automatically to your wireless phone bill each month on the anniversary of your enrollment unless you cancel.

Also, they have a lot of CPA offers (sweepstakes) for their members...

right i just added that link as an example..but there are sites that are free membership

They have a lot of CPA offers .. plus they sell email ids and cell numbers to marketing companies .. as Zak_A mentioned above.

there is one here in Sweden that gives at lest 2 Porsche per year and ALOT of different crap.. I remember Reading about Russian syndicates trick lowest unique action sites by buying up all the slots... They have giving away 2 apartments, for like 500k each..
