Lower the limit for new users to make 15+ posts in the beginning

Lower the limit for new users to make 15+ posts in the beginning to 5 posts would be a lot easier. Its basically impossible to use the interesting parts of the board in the beginning and its hard to aquire 15 posts just to use the board once. I think 5 should be enough.

As we've stated a multitude of times, the features and areas that 15 posts give a user are a perk. You've got to give a little (i.e. be engaged on the forum and post) to get a little (access to DMs and WTB/HAF).

If you found 3 topics to contribute to, or if you started a topic you're interested in that doesn't exist, it would take absolute no time to reach 15.
