low website traffic

Hi guys. I made is my site in october 2017. This is google analytics data from 26 nov 2017 to 18 feb 2018
What can be the problem of reducing traffic? There are no problems in GMT.
Little about site below.

1. My site consist of 20k pages with mostly non unic content.
2.I make social pages and reposts to twitter, pinterest, g+ and other.
3.I buy cheap 30 PBN links with quality autospoon content 30 dec 2017.
4.This site made on the expired domain.

I had not used spammy links early, but couple of days ago i start to do it from despair with my GSA . No results so far. Explain please what can be the reason for reducing traffic and how to return it? And is it worth trying to do or easier to start a new site?

Answers lies right in your question. You have committed the crime already

You mentioned "cheap 30 PBN links with quality autospoon content 30 dec 2017.": First crime is Cheap PBN links ($5 for 30 from fiverr) and spun content on top of tht
You mentioned "Couple of days ago i start to do it from despair with my GSA" ::: this was the only thing left, you killed whatever scope was left

My site is something like online store. Most sites in a niche with such content.

Can you explain to me on my example how Google works? Why did my traffic grow until 17 jan 2018? And I got some increase in traffic after pbn links...Why did Google first rank me and then flip it back?

Since the decline began right after you bought the PBN links my guess would be that this PBN has been busted.

oh i just read that he bought pbn links instead of creating pbns yourself. well here you have answer! lol.

its funny that pbn links sellers do basic stuff wrong

Most of them provide the link reports. It's funny how they think Google can't afford to buy $200 services to bust a whole network at once.
