Full context: I started posting reels for an OF girl and boosting them with ads. I amassed a bit more than 3k followers. I stopped posting on the profile for a while cause I stopped working with her. The profile now has 2.8k followers and I'm starting with another girl so I archived all of the previous content. I have posted now 3 reels but they have no more than 50 views. Is my account screwed now or is it a matter of posting quality reels and being consistent?

You changed the girl which resulted in dead views, start a new girl with a new account and you will see better results
 
Post atleast 10 to 15 post before concluding wait 1 or 2 weeks
you should not archived all previous content
 
You need to check your audience active time then post reels etc this will get you boost your post.
 
You also want to check the account standings aswell. In that case, go to settings and click "account status". Instagram will show you if you have violated any terms and once removed, the account will fine.
