I have 3 new blogs, all were approved by Ezoic, but also rejected by Adsense due to Low Value Content.
The system i use to create them is to minimize the number of posts. I create just 2 categories with 7-10 posts per category. The posts are 900-1200 words. Written with AI but heavily edited by human to remove all the signs of AI.

The Menu and basic pages were copied and edited from an approved website (I eem 100% sure these re not the problems)

What could be the major reson for the Low Value Content?
Is it the number of articles, 14-20 articles?
Is it the number of words 900-1200 each
Is it because its AI? But most of them are already Indexed

Are you ranking and getting enough traffic (20-30 clicks a day from google search results)? If not they could be low value content. That's how i look at it.

But traffic is not listed as part of low value content

I know that, they don't do that. In 2023 traffic is everything. Anybody can create an ai blog site.
I go one step ahead and say even for guest post if the site is not getting valid traffic it's junk ai site.

It means that Google is getting stricter in approving adsense. With the same strategy, people were easily able to get approved before.

I think none of these are the issue.... do you have all important pages on your site (About Us, Privacy, Disclaimer)?

Anyway, I'm not doing Adsense anymore, so I don't know what the reason could be (although some people say it's probably a bug in Adsense's approval system), but this guy seems very confident in what it takes to get approved into Adsense, so you might want to hit him up and ask for a tip or two :)

Nowadays its normal for adsense, You can try to change content style, like add unique image, bold/italic, add h2, h3,4,5,6,table, external internal link in each of your content.

I got approved on adsense with a few websites, as well as rejected with like one before and what I find is that your website just really needs to look great and put your content on your homepage. Make sure your blog posts are on your front page, add images to them. Do some internal linking as well. People say about page, privacy policy and all that is needed but I have got approved without that stuff.

From what he wrote there, I am certain I got all covered, except perhaps quantity of articles. While he suggested 30-50, I have 14-20. I will write more and see.

Thanks @All for your input

When did you get approved and when were you rejected? Also how many posts did you have ? Were they AI articles?

They were all AI written, little to no editing on the articles. I had about 20 at the time and this was like a month ago for approval. And like 3 months ago on the site that got rejected.

Niche can also be the reason. If you choose a niche on which there is less content on Google, they will approve it fast.

OP, can you take a screenshot of some of your content so we can see why it got dinged as "low value" content?

Are the writers used to edit the content experienced ? I think they are new and thus quality is affected. If you pay a little more, the problem can be solved.

How much traffic are you getting on these blogs? If these are getting traffic ( which I assume is needed for ezoic) , why did Google not approve the blogs in assense?
