Low Value Content Help + Google Ad Manager

Got rejected from GAM for "low value content".

Some of my content really is low value :D. There are some big quality articles in there but also some 500 words filler articles visible in "latest posts".

Are the latter considered "low value" and are the cause for the rejection?

Low value is low value is low value. It's a like a circular argument. Get rid of low value content. For ads manager you need adsense approval, did you tried that?

Yeah, the low value needs to get buried.

Yeah, I'm a good boy, I'm in Adsense already, but GAM does not tolerate low value.

I applied to ezoic a while ago and was approved on ezoic but GAM rejected the website every time for multiple violations including low-value content. After many rejections, the ezoic's support said that they had a google contact to ask to review the website, and after that, the site was approved quickly.

I think it was only a bot reviewing the site before, but after ezoic help maybe a real reviewer approved the website.

Why not apply for ezoic? They sure can help you get approved in ad manager.

Actually, you don't need AdSense approval for ad manager, my site is approved on ad manager (after some help from ezoic support), and still doesn't get accepted into AdSense since September I think.

I am applying for GAM through Ezoic. Should I contact their support and ask them to take a look? What about the 500 words filler posts though, did you have those, or do they not like them and I need to hide them from the homepage?

I was getting rejected by the ad manager, so I created a help thread on the ezoic support forum. They kept suggesting changes to make on the website but nothing worked, in the end, they offered to ask for help from their google contact.

Just do the same, and follow their tips until it gets accepted, if not, they will definitely offer to help.

I didn't have any posts with 700 words or less on the website when I applied, so I don't know if that will be a problem.
 
You have to understand that low-value content isn't necessarily about the length of the content.

A blog post, for example, can be as short as 200 or 300 words.

But if it is packed with information and it's written in such a clear, punchy way, it may be good enough to rank and also pass Google ad manager's screening.

You have to focus less on length and more on the presentation of the content, how well it meets search intent, and ultimately, how much value it brings to the table.

Of course, a lot of this is subjective, but you have to understand Google's ads manager is the one playing the tune and yo have to dance to that tune.

There's really no way around this.

See, the issue is I find these low KD keywords that are like "Willamette National Forest health center for XYZ" or "Triumph Margins" or some made-up name for some obscure centers or programs that are either super new, and there is not much information about, or no one cares about.

So I just let the AI write those articles for me, and there is close to no information to add manually to the article.

This, in turn, might get labeled as "low-value content." But I can't just discard those free rankings, right?

What do you think, guys?
 
Like @blackbeans said, low value has nothing to do with content length. It’s more about the type of content.

Do you have mostly info content?

Yes. My more extended posts are high-value, but the shorter ones I referred to in my last comment are the issue.

Curious about how you guys deal with the same issue of "obscure low KD KW filler articles.".

Maybe the solution is not to add those until after approval in ad networks. Before that have high-quality only.

Are they high value in terms of quality or commercial intent? If most of your posts are info posts, add 20-25 money keyword posts (best, review) etc., index them and reapply. You should get approved. I've done this a few times already.

It doesn't matter if you rank for them or not. It's for the approval. You can delete them after approval.
