Hi,

I would like to know if it's fine to have 50-100 guest posts with generic or naked url of the home page. Will it be good or will get any penalty. I cant buy high quality guest post due to high price.

So instead pbn i am aiming 50-guest post even if it's low quality but with brand, generic or naked url. Has anyone tried it?

If the low quality sites are spammed to death it will affect your website for sure and it's not recommended.

Instead, you can focus on low metric guest posts which means the sites with clean link profiles, no spammy anchors, and I don't think they are too expensive. But it still provides some value and is good for diversifying your anchor profile.

This can risk penalties if deducted as Google prioritize quality and relevance over quantity
 
A few decent links will get you better, longer-lasting & more guaranteed results,
Especially when it comes to low quality & spammy links, they're more useless than ever,
Don't fall for the numbers including the number of links & other types of metrics, that's not how SEO works,

Ideally, you don't want to buy the most expensive either, they're not as good when it comes to ROI,
There's a sweet spot when it comes to any type of links, where you can get a decent quality with a relatively good price,

Basically, you want to get the most of the link juice for the overall investment for the link profile,
Outreach to less-known niche relevant websites that have a good link profile, clean, genuine with low OBLs,
Well-built micro-niche websites are a good example, they won't have the popularity & demand for a lot of links, so you can negotiate for a lower price

Mmm.. i wouldn't appreciate this idea, as per my knowledge it will definitely effect your site negatively.

Instead get few but quality guest posts

You should try to get high quality guest post as your website will be penalised using this method.
 
Low-quality guest posts add little value, pass weak authority, and can hurt your site’s trust signals.
 
Low-quality guest posts in bulk won’t give you much ranking power, and if they’re spammy or obviously manipulated, they can do more harm than good. A smaller number of cleaner, relevant links will usually outperform 50–100 cheap ones.
