Low Quality After Upload

So after i upload a new video, everytime the first 20 secs the video looks HQ , but after the "20 secs " it looks like the video is 480p with 20 fps, any tips? i dont know what is the problem , i researched this already and cant find anything that works, the videos I upload are 1080p with 60 fps , and the codecs are h.264 and hevc. Thanks!

Make sure you have Data Saver turned off

On the upload page, just before you click Post, click on -More Options- and then make sure you turn on -Allow High quality Uploads-
 
Check consistent setting of your video editing software specially bitrate and resolution. Moreover, after export check your video file to make sure it maintain the desired quality.

i have data saver off and i activate that everytime

Have you tried looking at the video from a different account? maybe the quality is resetting on it's own due to your viewing preference? I usually embed the video on a page and look at it on a desktop

yes i ve tried that on a browser and my 2 other phones, its the same.

yes all of them , i dont have a problem with the quality on insta or youtube shorts tho , its only tiktok
