Hello guys, i'm still on keyword researching step, and i found a good keyword, but the weird thing is that all 1st page, are well trusted websites, and high domain authority like 90', but the pages that on the result they have very low page authority, just 1's, and bunch of 50's and most of the pages are 0 Page Rank, !!!
What level of competition is this ??
Is there any possibility to out rank these website??

PA level does not reflect the level of competition. You need to analyze links, pr, domain age, social popularity etc to determine the competitiveness of a keyword.

As mentioned by ThinkTank1, you need to research other areas of these sites that effect their ranking(s) besides their PA. I'd recommend by starting to use http://ahrefs.comto analyze their back link profile. This is the main factor that goes into their rankings so this will give you a good idea as to how difficult it'll be to out rank them.

Yes, as i mentioned earlier, there page rank of the pages ranked, are just 0's, and they have a little number of backlinks linking to these pages, but their domain is well trusted, like amazon, yahoo, cnn, wsj

I hope I'm not hijacking a thread but I noticed this thread as it is relevant to what I am inquiring about. I have a fairly competitive niche I am in. Allot of the people on page one have a fairly decent DA of 40+ some around the 60s and at least a PR above 0. Their backlink profiles are spammy, plenty of spammy anchor text so there's obviously allot of blackhat going on which isn't something I'm against. of course! I want to dominate these sites, the issue is I have a DA of 33 and will have around 1500 potent high PR links pointing to my site, plenty waiting to index.

I would some advice to point me in the right direction. Should I buy a high PR domain and then 301 it to my website and build some decent backlinks to it? Or vice versa, should I put my website on a very high PR domain after I've built some juice to it and 301 my current domain to it? Is PR and DA limiting me from getting anywhere near them? I'm making positive movements in the serps with some potent links but I'm not getting on page 1. I'm on Page 3 - 6 for my keywords from page 10+ previously. My site has been whitehat most of it's life and only indexed on Google since May this year with whitehat up until Oct so it has a fairly clean link profile.

What should I do in a situation like this?
