Hey guys! I recently got FollowLiker so I am definitely new to it. Recently, I am building an IG account. Within two days of using the bot, I have accumulated ~61 followers while following 600. I know this follow back rate is bad, is there anything I can do to increase this? Under scrape user, for the queries, I have relevant niche related users (around 1.3million followers). Should I target accounts with less followers in the same niche?

Edit: Anyone willing to help me out with my FL settings too?

Thanks alot guys!

Instead of just following the followers of big accounts in your niche, follow people who liked or commented on their pictures. These are the people that are willing to engage and are more likely to engage with your account if they follow you back.

This is what I've been doing as well. I take the photos from a of the big accounts (recent posted pictures), and for query I put "users commented". Any suggestions? Perhaps my settings are wrong?

My account is about 3 days old by the way, current stats are 90 followers and ~730 following. I gained about 20 followers after I turned the bot off at night.

You followed 700+ people in three days? Dude. Stop whatever you're doing. You will get banned if you do mass follow on a new account. Don't follow more than 100 people the first week. I can't post links yet, so I'll just quote the settings I posted on a different thread. Just follow the settings below and you'll be good.

I've recently started using FollowLiker too. So, I guess I'm qualified to answer your question.

If your account is new, take it slow. Don't post too many pictures. Don't do a mass follow/unfollow. When I first started using FollowLiker, these are the exact things I did with no problems till date.

I used to follow 100 to 150 people per day at 60 to 65 seconds interval at the beginning. I liked 200 photos per day. When your account is a week old, you can start following 400 to 500 people and like 400 to 500 photos a day. Once your account is over a month old, you can start following 1000 people a day. Don't unfollow and follow people on the same day. Follow for six days, and unfollow for one day. Don't unfollow more than 400 people per day until your account is a few months old.

I don't know about commenting/DM/scheduling photo upload because I haven't done it yet. I've read that these are the troublemakers that get you banned if not done right. I post pictures and comment manually.

I don't think commenting is a good idea, unless you can perfectly spin comments. Even then, you must change the spintax every week to avoid a ban hammer from Instagram. And I don't bother about the ratio. It only confuses me.

These were my settings when I first started out.

New account, a week old.
Follow settings:
Follow Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Follow Limit: 100 to 150.
Delay Follow: 60 to 65 seconds.
I ignore private users too.
Like settings:
Like Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Like Limit: 100 to 200.
Delay Like: 60 to 65 seconds.

After one week, I bumped up the Daily Follow Limit a bit.
Follow settings:
Follow Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Follow Limit: 300 to 400.
Delay Follow: 60 to 65 seconds.
Like settings:
Like Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Like Limit: 300 to 400.
Delay Like: 60 to 65 seconds.

After three weeks.
Follow settings:
Follow Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Follow Limit: 400 to 600.
Delay Follow: 20 to 25 seconds.
Like settings:
Like Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Like Limit: 400 to 600.
Delay Like: 20 to 25 seconds.

Like I said, I follow for six days. Then I stop FollowLiker and load new Custom Settings. Instead of the usual follow and like, I unfollow and like. I haven't unfollowed more than 100 people a day. Until your account is a month old, just stick to unfollowing 100 people per day.

Unfollow settings:
Unfollow After: 1. (I don't change this because I manually change the unfollow settings)
Unfollow Limit: 5 to 10.
Daily Unfollow Limit: 95 to 100.
Delay Unfollow: 60 to 65.

Check both "Don't unfollow followers" and "Blacklist unfollowed users".

After unfollowing for one day, I will stop FollowLiker again, change the settings back to follow and like and start it.

One final thing. Don't worry about follow back ratio when your account is just a few days old. Give it a few weeks. It will grow eventually.

exactly! Great strategy that works well. Also remember that quality is much more important than quantity.

I think I have been doing this. The only way to do this is by getting the PHOTO ID and use the query "USER'S WHO COMMENTED" right? Is there another way to follow users who commented on "username's" photo's? I use "scrape only top result" as well.

Lastly thanks for the tips. I'll adjust my settings to not follow so much and keep you guys updated!

i follow persons which liked something and the follow back rate is max about 10% ...... so i consider the thread openers follow back quite ok.
