Low engagement on LinkedIn posts - what helped you?

My LinkedIn profile has been around for a while, but whenever I post something, the reach and engagement stay really low.
I'm trying to get better visibility and more likes or comments, but I'm not sure what actually makes a difference on LinkedIn these days.
For those who've managed to improve their engagement, what worked for you? Was it type of content, posting time, or just being more active overall?

Low reach is normal.
Focus on the right people, ask seniors questions, share knowledge, and post helpful stuff in your niche.
Be patient, likes and comments will come when the right people see your posts.

Consistency as well as giving my audience great content with valuable information and insights worked for me. Also I usually respond to comments within 1 day's time. And these things boost my reach.
