If one backlink has low domain authority with do follow means, we can use that link or can't. Because i'm confused to follow the Nofollow and ******** backlink for my website, any one clarify this for me.

Well I think it depends on your objective that you want to increase your DA or need a Do follow backlink. Also it will be required to maintain do follow and no follow links ratio with time.

Even if the DA of the site in question is low, but it is offering d0follw link for quite cheap then you should consider buying it, because of the following reasons -
1) If tomorrow the DA of that site increases then you will get benefit for very low cost .
2) The cost of d0follow link from such a site is very less so you must grab it for diverse link profile.
3) Just make sure you do the due diligence before buying, that's it.
