LOW CTR (what's wrong?)

Hi there.
I "might" having problem with my CTR. I used to have 1.5-2 or 3 ctr%,but for months now It's low..under 0.40%

I'm having 40-50k views per day,and I can only earn 900-100 euro.
What's the problem? Can my theme be a problem? Should I change it? I add two ad inserter block,2 in posts,and One is in sidebar of my web-site.

What should I do to improve it? It's killing me... Too much visits, ALL USA, but I can only get 200-400 clicks!!

HELP!

Maybe your traffic is not targeted/interested, maybe your offer sucks?

Be more specific please. My traffic is good, I have good page. Offer sucks? Explain to me please, what offer?

it probably has to do with your theme,I had the same problem ,around 4% ctr with a theme I made from scratch,after that I bought a them for like 49$ and my vtr became even lower ,around 0,5%

usually reasons of low ctr can be defined through studying analytics
