Low CTR in my ads

Hi there..I'm newbie, I own a page with 130k LIKES, I'm earning 500 euro in month,but my problem is that CTR is too low.

I sometimes have 11k or 13k visits but i'm not earning money, sometimes under 20 euro a day
with a ctr under 1, it's 0.70%, 0.80%

What to do to attract my visitors? What should I install or what should I do???

You don't have a low ctr. Ctr is clicks to your link. You have low conversions

What can I do to attract visitors? Any plugin for ads in my website.

I think you should blcok some low paying adverts on your adsense dashbaord and secondly you need to make use of hight paying keyword when writing a post.... i problem is just traffic my cpc and ctr is cool
