Low CTR from facebook traffic

Hi blackhatter, I am new to facebook marketing. I bought a facebook page with 1m Likes. Page is active and also giving me good traffic.

I am sending traffic to my website. But the problem is i am not getting good clicks on ads. Yesterday i made a test ( gave 5k traffic to my website and got only 50 ad clicks means 1% CTR).

Please help me to solve this problem.

What are your Ads Placement and size?

BTW 1% CTR for Fb Traffic can be said as Reasonably good. Can be Improved just a bit though.

Bro i have read threads of people getting 4%-5% ctr

I am using 2 ads with sizes 332x280

Is that with Facebook traffic? I presume your 1 million like Facebook page isn't particularly targetted to your site and therefore, the Ads don't suit your visitors' interests. Although, as jigartank1225 has said, 1% really isn't that bad.

Use 3 ad units. following two ads placements works good for me.

1 large rect under post title.
1 720 x 90 in the middle of the post or after see more.

Use Quickadsense plugin for wordpress if you are not using it already.
