What's the language of your blog ? If it's something from western europe/india/etc. that's all you can get. You're lucky you don't get less.

P.S.: I've seen this alot here, if your topic it's not about aa blogs or sb you have to beg for some replies.

    Ways to increase CPC:

-Find a new niche - you have choosen a naturally low CPC niche such as flash games or the likes. If you have something like this, you can turn your site into an autoblog, target high paying keywords and optimize for them. your ads will be about those keywords and your $$$ will go up
-Optimize for that/those keywords (a "penny stock" ad on an arcade site pays less than that same ad on a stock market or pennys website - basically make that/those keywords appear A LOT)

I reccommend if you want CPC higher in AdBrite it may not be the best for low traffic sites if yours is one but if you have high traffic it's great. You can select your AdBrite ads. The CPC is shown on the ads.
