Low CPC in Adsense

Hi Guys
I work on viral website, from Fb Ads to my website.
from 01/2018 cpcAdsense is fixed at 0.07 USD, even I have all visitors are from USA, I change articles, keywords, ads but still low.
Anyone has the same probleme, and what do you think the probleme is and th solution

hello also ii do adsense arbitrage see earning in adsense is very very low i don't what s the problem .

are try to change domaine, i will try it soon is the last test that i have to do. what cpc that you have? and since when is low ?
