Low Cost Host Safety

Number one concern is comprising my PP.
Looking at uncensoredhosts that have some cheap hosting solutions.
I have never learned how to trade with bitcoin.
I don't want to get banned posting a pp to bitcoin convert site.
Hoping a forum mod can advise about this.
I'm not affiliated with them ,obviously, since I have never used bitcoin.
It's to pay one of the higher rated one dollar hosts, to do some experimenting
sites on. My regular host is getting expensive, and it's going to
break the bank soon,unless I can get costs down.
