Thread necro, but that domain now has 366K+ backlinks and no pages indexed in Google...

Casino sites are applying many churn & burn tactics. If you go to domain auctions, you'll realise that half of the buyers are from casino/gambling background. They just buy an authority site, recreate it as a casino site, get some organic traffic, earn profits, and move on to next site when it loses ranks.

Possibly using local SEO signals or geo-targeted content.
