I can get thousands of visitors daily from reddit to my website, but my CTR is only 0.09%, my CPC is fine, average time viewable is 13.5s and most of the traffic comes from USA/UK. So, could it be that forum traffic itself gives me low CTR, or because something is wrong with my website?

Your visitors are bouncing way too quickly, 13.5 seconds is way too short. The content on your website is probably irrelevant from your reddit post and therefore visitors are not interested in looking at your website. Make sure your offers or ads are also above the fold, this will increase CTR as well.

Redditors are notorious for being adblock users, they're not your typical sheep. It's all about optimizing your ad positions. if you have one banner at the top of your forum that would be why, try putting them between replies, and you can also try using an adblock detection script and only show them content if adblock is turned off.

My website content is the content of my reddit posts, and usually i put 1 or 2 ads above fold.
Yes, that's averagely what i got from 40k page views.
Page RPM 0.60, Impression RPM 0.15

Reddit is the most trashy source for traffic. I had 113.000 visitors from reddit once - my post was on 1st page. I got about 50$. Now I have another strategy making about 50-60$ per day with 10.000 visits from GOOGLE.com ONLY.... Even Stumbleupon is better then reddit....

Average time of 13.5s is reason why you have so low CTR.
