Love wasting my time

Spent 10mins trying to give something back to the community uploading image,file,virus scan etc and then get this message :-

You are NOT allowed to post URLs, email addresses and images, until after you have been a member of BHW for a little longer. We did this is to cut down on spam.

This is the ONLY forum which I am a member that has so many restrictions for members.
