First off, what the hell are you selling? At that kind of difference, eBay must be promoting the hell out of your listings.
Buy a bunch of stuff from Chinese/HK eBay sellers, resell locally for no profit - just break even - or hell, sell it for below the cost the Chinese/HK seller is selling it for and ship everything out as humanly possible - this will hopefully improve your metrics and get you back into TRS status within 1-2 months.
