Lost traffic - keyword dance - index increase? Any advices?

Hello, newbie SEOer here.
My site was 3 years old and have fresh content daily.
Like the title said, Recently my site lost 1K traffic per day, keywords dance like crazy (rank #17 day 1, the next day out of #50, and today climb to top 15) , but it's still indexing with out losting a single one.

I checked on-page via Moz - there is no problems.
Backlink profile, page speed also checked.

The only thing change compare to last month is I diverse my backlink (on site DR>51) and test time send social signal ( it did lost some traffic, but not much).

This fucks my mind up and I can't find the reasons.
Any advices?

Check your google search console

Check top keyword of your competitor along with that content and backlink strength
You may get some ideas for your website

I checked my google search console, everything is normal, no issue at all.

Keep building links you might have lost some important links you have built, or algorithm changes this is normal, check to see your competitors and how many links they have compared to your site, if your competitors have a lot more links and they are higher then it’s normal if they have less links and are up higher something happened with your links, you should also check to see if you’ve been spammed, keep building links and if your rankings don’t improve after a month then maybe you need to disavow some spammy links, I’ve never disavowed before because I don’t really see the use
