I lost my ranking my money site is going down even though i have plenty of good work and site is well optimized please suggest me to get back on top.

It is the google dance most likely. However, be sure to check your Google Search Console for possible penalties.

Google Dance is basically when Google purposely drops your rankings to check if you try to remove recently built backlinks thinking that it's a penalty. By doing this they can find out if you're manually building links which is considered 'black hat' and against Google's policies.
 
Lost your ranking a couple of spots or not showing in top 10 pages?

What should I do then? Making backlink by manually isn't a bad thing?
