You can login your gmail account then you will get the channel if you forgot the account password then you can Recovery the password through forget

Did the channels has subscribers and views ? If they had millions of views and you remained inactive till now, even then they are not very valuable.Because if you are inactive for long time, YouTube limits the reach.

Do you remember the recovery methods attached or the last used passwords? Google support may help in either case. Good luck though.

Check email accounts, Try to remember which email accounts you might have used for those YouTube channels. Check the inboxes for any recovery or confirmation emails from YouTube.

How many such channels you have ? You should try to restore the files on pc where you stored the password. There are file recovery software as well for this.
