Does anyone know who I need to contact regarding an issue with Jr VIP and how?

I paid for Jr VIP about a month and a half ago, just noticed I can't get into the Jr VIP section all of the sudden, not sure what happened and not sure how to get ahold of a mod in regards to this

Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Looks like a bug as you still have the Donor badge. PM the mods, they can help you out.
