Delete whatever you can think of that might caused this. Clickbait/copied/spammy/sexual/hateful/etc content and then appeal. But make sure you did everything you could before appealing, because if you get rejected you wont be able to appeal again in 3 months.

Just an example how deep you need to go. Fb might look at a sleeing animal as a dead (abused) animal, or a male nipple as female nipple. NO alcohol or crime is allowed in IA articles, they have plenty of strict rules like that. So basically read those Monetization Eligibility Standards and take it very seriously.
