Lost google my business account

hello, i have a clinet that someone in the past opened to him google my business for hish shop
it was like 2 years ago and he dont remember this contacts
i tried to ask ownership, there past 2 weeks and i still didnt get the access to my gmail

can i do something? i need to access there and make some changes
or i can open new one?

You need to go through the Multiple Ownership conflict. Just follow the steps shown on GMB's Help Center.

Just search for Request ownership of a business listing on the help center and you'll find out the info and steps needed.
