Hi, long time no see.

I want your help and willing to do everything to get back on track!

I am depressed and don’t want to do anything anymore. Everyday I wake up late and don’t feel to do anything just lying in bed and watching YouTube all day. I have no job (only a sh*tty job were I work 2-3 days per week like 4h per day can’t count that as a job). I am done with this sh*t and want to improve my self, but I am sad all day, don’t want to do anything as I said. I want to follow my dream and start a IM business like social media but I don’t know how and what.

My mother bought me a sheep camera (Canon 4000D) so I can do something don’t sit inside anymore, and I photograph a little and put it on Instagram but I don’t know how to grow as a photographer on Instagram in my home country... I mean I am up-loading photos and write in my mother-toungh. With no cash to spend on ads it’s hard to grow as a photographer when there is so many people who are so much better and have better cameras. Don’t take me wrong! I WANT TO IMPROVE, I want to be better, I want to learn I am watching videos on how to improve as a photographer and I have take some good pictures to share. But I feel so lonely...

I fight with my depressed every day, with no to very little money. I am 24 years old and doesn’t want to live this kind of life, therefore I want to ask you guys what to do? How can I and what do I need to do each day to get better, I come to that point where I don’t want to be and want to improve myself. Which small steps should I take to feel better and improve my life, instagram game, and so on! I am willing to work for it and learn to get much followers!!

I have problem to getting a 9-5 job, everything needs education, or it’s a store job and work 3 times more for 1400$/mo... I am scared to get a job where the boss and/or the coworkers will blame everything on me or make fun of me... I worked in a store before were I make 2000$ for the company each time I work and that was like 4-5h/per work day (work 2-3 days a week) no one liked me, and I don’t do anything to anyone... I was nice to everyone. I was best seller but not so good to understand the system of how to structure the incoming products (it was a special system how the products should be like if the number of one item was “852368110” it should follow the next in a special order. I was new only worked there 1-2 weeks before the bulling start coming from the workers. So I quite after 2-3 months and then the store CLOSED after 1month! I am scared that it would happen again. To be blamed of everything after not knowing 100% of everything after a short Period of time... scarred to go home after work and be sad...

And all this make me to questioning my self am I good? Is there any problem with me? Why am I so bad? I know that I am intelligent and smart, if I sell for 2k$ every day in 3-4h that’s not bad, I have potential for something great!! I know that but everything that happend makes me sad. No job (or with small amount of cash) makes me even more sad/depressed! And that I want the most to start living on social media (my dream) will not start off :weep::weep::weep::weep::weep: I am so down right know. I am crying! But most important I am willing on starting to get better to stand up and feel good again...

Please help me and be kind :(:weep:

how can I get a job there I can feel good?
How can I and what should I do to get to my dream it’s not easy but I want to work for it!?

please guys!!:weep::weep::weep:

first off, if your depression has gotten to a point where it's debilitating, consider seeking medical help.

as for people treating you badly at work, that's something you need to get used to, or even comfortable with. oftentimes it's not personal. there are horrible people out there and letting this kind of people stop you from reaching your financial goals is really going to hinder your progress. at the end of the day, they are not paying your bills.

bottom line is, you need to find your own inner strength. people out there, including employers, are ruthless and they won't support you out of pity. you need to fight for your own dignity, independence and personal power.

You had a bad experience at one job where it seems they didn't offer you proper training and some idiot co-workers apparently made fun of you. Because of that one experience, you're saying you don't want to take a job ever again in case the same thing happens?! That's like going on a date with one girl and things don't go well so you never go on another date in your life. Obviously you need to work if you're broke and depressed. You'll have money coming in and you won't be lying in bed all day watching Youtube videos.

I'm not sure why everyone your age now has this fantasy of earning thousands of dollars a month from social media. For every person that manages to achieve that, millions try and fail. Everyone has this idea in their mind that you just go from 0 followers to millions and then the money starts flowing in and it's all so easy. The average number of followers on an Instagram account is 150. For every Kardashian there's literally millions of people with a few dozen followers.

Do you live with your parents? Do they pay all the bills and food?

If so, get your ass up from the bed, go work that stupid job that pays you 1.4k euros/month, use that money to start promoting your photos, study IM, start an IM business and after some years honk the coworkers that bullied you from your dream car while showing them the middle finger.

As a dude that was put on anti depressants since 16 and went through therapy for depression I understand where you’re coming from. Therapy didn’t work for me, neither did the anti depressants. You either gather yourself up and start pursuing your dreams or let the depression eat your soul slowly until you’re no longer living but just a breathing creature.

Your choice.

(Also, if you’re living with your parents and they pay everything 1.4k a month is actually extremely nice. In my country I’d get around 350 euros a month for a 9 to 5 at a minimum wage. 1k euros a month is the average salary here. (And with *example* gas prices being around 1.3 euros / liter you can imagine that living with 1k a month sucks ass) Just to show you that it can be worse)

What I would do, and is planning to do, is leaving it all behind :)

Get a bit of capital together, start something that yields 50-100€/day without much worry. Move to another place, and start gaining contacts there.

For job searching, I say perhaps customer service? There you won't have to be bothered by co-workers that much if you don't want to ofc.

Or something you like, you like playing games? Apply to GameStop.

Develop your hobbies. May be too long to suppress or try too little, have forgotten what is interest. Tell yourself loudly, work for yourself, make time every day, find yourself.

No one is going to make you not depressed, you have to be the change (it may take you years though)

first of all you need to give yourself a small goal.. and then do exercise .. workout .. push your body in that workout (this way you can gain testosterone because a lot of time a male can be depressed because of lack of testosterone) .. now take shit baby steps.. do it for your mom man! .. do it for yourself.. you got a dream.. fucking slap yourself and do it.. get a job and fucking dont give a fuck to any person giving shit to you.. if you can't do anything that point of time when they being bully or some shit.. note their name down and let the karma flow.. be positive because look I am gonna be honest with you one day your eyes gonna closed and never gonna open.. that's gonna happen one day but you need to make yourself happy.. you remember how it feels to be happy right? go there.. spend money .. be happy and most of all shit you gonna do .. love yourself.. and never let anybody let you hurt .. remember this you are the mother fking boss of your life.. take my words because i lost my 4 year long healthy and best relationship.. she was my best friend.. and it hurts everyday.. its like living with a fucking bullet wound.. but i stopped giving shit.. i might sound like i am telling you to shut down yourself but I am not.. love yourself .. every girl .. every boss and every one likes the person who loves themselves.. its like they think about once before fucking up with you..

Dedicate 30 minutes a day for meditation. Take things one step at a time.

fake it till you make it, pretend to be happy and u'll happy
for me as a moslem, listening qoran can help me out from ur situation, for u, maybe meditation will work too

How could I find my inner strength then?

I understand your point of the first part, but I want to change that therefor I asked for help.. I am scared and want to change it.. I am scared so people doesn’t make fun of me again even if I make a good job..

the second part: I am not that kind of people who think that I will earn millions of dollars from day one or that I will be the biggest influencer in the world. I want to work for my followers. My dream is to have 100-150k followers and to maintain that... but it will take some years and I am willing to work for it, but I don’t know how to start that’s my problem

we’re do you live?
Why I haven’t a job jet is for that I got bullied from know knowing everything in the first 1-2 weeks and I work for 4-8h/week.. and I feel pressure to be successful from day one then the bosses and co-workers will play with me again...

I want to move by my self very soon but I am so scared!! My dream is to have 100-150k followers on different social media platforms. Even if that should take 5 years of hard work...

Do you have any links for IM or how I should start from scratch? Like step for step. I think that I need to start off with a really good plan who is edited in detail...

I don’t play games, I only looking on YouTube to educate my self like how to start with instagram what I should do and so on, but me thing is to start that’s my hard part...

I saw a method of finding good hashtags for ig somewhere here. I don't do much with ig myself, but if I can find it, I'll let you know. Perhaps someone else knows?
Then you need to get out, take photos, post them every day, with the right hashtags, keep going, sand going, and going.
Other than that, get moving, depression is hard, but you have to fight it man. Exsersise, meditate, anything to get your mind off it
