Lost Admin rights from a big Page

Do the new admins have any activity? Are their profile public and did you check if they are real people? Some hackers might have exploited some loophole and placed these admins to hide their tracks.

When you send a request to Facebook, make sure you include what might have caused this. Did you click any links in your email, when suspicious activity started or anything to trace back what might have gone wrong.

Also try to reach facebook on their other social media accounts (Twitter). They are probably swamped with similar reports and my experience is they mostly don't give a shit.

Good luck!
Yes. The new admins post every day.

No link klicks

most likely this sounds like a situation where you or your wife got hacked.
I suggest to contact facebook and try to recover the page.
After that make sure you change all your passwords and it would be ideal to use a password manager and a generated long password with numbers and symbols in it.
Also DO NOT reuse the same passwords over multiple services like insta facebook and other sites. Chances are your password has been publicly exposed in a Data Breach and someone took advantage of that

Check your computer if it's safe search with the key "botnet" and how to solve it

As far as i know, facebook will only automatically invite new admins without your consent due to inactivity in a group. For pages on the other hand, i dont think they do this to pages. Most likely your wife or you got session hacked or cookie spoofed. Hackers gain acces to your session or cookies logged them in and removed you as admin

Did you download or click in a strange name? My friend did once and she lost admin control of a big group :weep:

maybe your account has been hack, pls contact support facebook to help you, prepare all of the information to to verify this page is yours and that those administrators hacked your account

The page must have been hacked or the former admin removed you. You can reach Facebook support for more understanding of what really happened.

your account has been hacked, what you should do now is contact Facebook support

Maybe your website has been hacked. Report the problem to Facebook or report copyright if you suspect your account has been spoofed.

yes, most likely you were hacked, write to Facebook support, they will roll back but you have to go through verification

Have anyone a link for a Report?

Hey together,

i and my wife was Admin from a big FB Page. We are the only 2 Admins

Over night we lost the admin rights and the page have 3 new Admins...

No notification from Facebook

Have anyone a idea?
I think your account got compromised.

What is Facebook? I think I've heard of it before. Is that the social networking site that people used about 15-20 years ago?

Baby Boomers and 3rd world nations still use it.... ( DEAR ! )

Contact the support and next time create a second account which you will own and give full permissions only on that account .
